Double lanyard with integrated energy absorber

ABSORBICA-Y 150 is a double lanyard with a compact energy absorber, designed for progression on a vertical structure or a horizontal lifeline, and for passing intermediate anchors. It works with users who weigh between 60 and 140 kg. It has several connection options on the harness and can be used with different types of connectors.

Absorbs energy in the event of a fall:

- Progressive tearing of the energy absorber webbing limits the impact force on the user

- Works with users who weigh between 60 and 140 kg (1)

Designed for use with a maximum length (including connectors) of:

- 200 cm under the CE EN 355 standard

- 183 cm (6 feet) under the ANSI Z359.13

Minimal bulk:

- Energy absorber’s very compact design doesn’t hinder the user during operations

- Elasticized arms to avoid hindering progression

Durable fabric pouch with a simple opening system protects the energy absorber from abrasion or contaminants while allowing for regular inspection of the absorber

Two options for installation on the harness, depending on use:

- Frequent connection/disconnection: with a carabiner held in correct position by the STRING positioning accessory (included with the lanyard)

- Semi-permanent connection: with a RING OPEN gated ring, whose circular shape allows optimal positioning

Two connector options for the end of the lanyard: a locking carabiner or MGO OPEN connector with large gate opening

Adjustable anchor strapCONNEXION VARIO is a durable and adjustable anchor strap equipped with two forged steel attachment points. It offers several configurations for setting up an anchorage directly on an anchor or around a suitable structure. The strap length is adjustable, thanks to an adjustment buckle. A system keeps the remaining webbing stowed. It is available in two versions (30 to 200 cm and 200 to 400 cm).
